Read the contract before you sign it.
Nobody reads the twelve pages. Nabu does — and gives you a plain-language map of what’s in them, with the exact clauses quoted, so you know what to question before you sign. It’s a careful first read, not a lawyer.
How it works with Nabu
- Give Nabu the contract — a PDF, a Word document, or a scan of paper pages.
- Ask for the read you need.
You ask
Read this lease and list anything unusual or one-sided: auto-renewal, penalties, liability, termination, anything time-sensitive. Quote the exact clause for each point.
- Get a map, with quotes. Each flag comes with the clause quoted word for word, so you can check the source yourself instead of trusting a summary.
- Ask follow-ups. “What does clause 7.2 mean in plain words?” “What would I owe if I leave a year early?”
- Keep it private. With a local model from the Model Hub, the contract never leaves your machine — the whole review runs offline.
Why this is safe
- Reading changes nothing. A contract review is read-only — your file stays exactly as it is.
- Quotes, not vibes. Ask for exact clause quotes, and every flag can be checked against the page it came from.
- Private enough for real documents. Local models keep contracts, medical notes, and financials on your machine.
What you need
